Installation was easy. We trimmed the chain to fit at 36” above the table. It’s was too low, so we removed the chain and used only the d-rings to hang. Regardless, with or without the chains, the fixture twirled wildly. It also did not align with the center of the table. It was slightly askew. I solved that problem by placing a penny, nickel and quarter on the end that was out of line. I wish it was more stable or fixed. It still swings wildly from the slightest movement or touch. Are clear cylinders that cover the light bulb/holder available?
It’s even prettier in person. Easy installation. Perfect size for the room. I love it. I have another light fixture for my bedroom but it’s not installed yet. I’ll send pics of that beauty too!
I love love love this light fixture. Facebook has been trying to sell it to me forever and I finally purchased recently. The shipping was super fast and packaging was secure. Quality of the fixture is really high and I love how it looks in my kitchen.
The only downside is that it was somewhat tricky to install. Because the bowl sits between the ceiling and the plate, you have to install the plate while the glass bowl is in place and it was hard to get it secured. It required two people and a lot of arm strength. But once it was done, I was thrilled.
Beautiful lights flanking my front entry door! I gave it a 4 because the lights were softer than my additional lights in my front porch. I was going to buy 6 more to match but we had a short timeframe to get this done so I got similiar lights from a different company.
I bought these lights with the hope it would brighten my very dark kitchen. Did it ever!
These were not difficult to install, but I will say that they are heavy, and to get them to fit the ceiling, in the direction and location we needed, we had to drill a new wiring hole. We also did not use the anchors and screws provided, but screwed the metal panel in 5 different locations to attach it to the ceiling.
They are fabulous and well worth the $200 a piece cost.
We are thrilled with this purchase! It is the perfect fixture for over our kitchen island, and the distressed brass gives it the vintage feel we were going for!
This is a stunning light. I love how the light bounces off of it. I would tell anyone to get this light. Mine itself needs to be lowered a little bit more but other than that, I love it.
