When will I get my order?
All orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within a few hours. Any order made before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time is shipped the same day. We ship from our Chino warehouse using UPS or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after your items have been shipped.

How easy is it to make a return?
Most LightFixturesUSA orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
However, a modified return policy may apply to some products, including coupons and discount codes.

You can do the returns online easily!
Visit Return Request and send us your order number. We will send you a Return Item link that you can fill out. Then check your inbox for a return confirmation email. We'll refund you as soon as you send the item(s) back.

How To Change the Shipping Address?
Please email me (lights@lightfixturesusa.com) your right address before shipping. Our service staff will correct it accordingly. If the package has been shipped out, you need to contact UPS/FedEx by yourself to change the address.

Are bulbs included with the light fixture?
Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.

Must wattages remain as indicated on the light fixture?
Wattages stated are the maximum recommended. However, the lower wattage bulbs are also compatible.
