The order came in quick and the pendant were of good quality. But there was a slight mismatch in the color. I contacted the support and they asked me to touch up myself with a spray paint and provided a 25$ discount. Overall I am happy with the purchase but deducted 1 star because the colors were not identical and had to touch up myself which I don't expect for a $250 pendant
