Upon requesting a replacement and asking for additional wrapping around the pink glass globe portion to ensure it would arrive safely the customer service rep told me they wouldn't provide additional protective wrapping. Hoping the replacement arrives safely and ready to be hung in our new home, but was disappointed in customer services' response indeed as this was an inconvenience
