I ordered a fixture from you that I was very happy with. I reordered the same fixture again and specified the order number of the fixture but you still sent the wrong fixture. I contacted you about this issue and questioning how it could be exchanged for fixture I ordered but no return response. I now see you have a questionable reputation online and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau unless I hear from you soon.
