How To Change the Shipping Address?
Please email me (lights@lightfixturesusa.com) your right address before shipping. Our service staff will correct it accordingly. If the package has been shipped out, you need to contact UPS/FedEx by yourself to change the address.

Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.
Must wattages remain as indicated on the light fixture?
Wattages stated are the maximum recommended. However, the lower wattage bulbs are also compatible.

Sure looks good...we have it suspended the 2 long rod lengths. Just the right height to give good counter and cabinet light and look designerish. It came with more rods so it could have even been lower . This fixture could easily accomodate 12ft ceilings.
One thing to consider is that the globe openings need the slimmer bulbs which even at 100 watt equivalent are not as bright as the fuller size bulbs. This 4 bulb configuration does give us enough light for our smaller kitchen.

I live the 4-Light Opal Glass Globe Sputnik Semi Flush Chandelier that I ordered. The light fixture adds warmth and style to my dining room, and already has received several compliments. It works well with a dimmer and was easy to install.
Looks exactly like we expected. Seems like a quality light fixture. Had some trouble installing but that was due to our house and not the fixtures fault.
Love these lights. Have gotten many compliments. Took us a little bit of trial and error to get the right bulbs in there (the website specifies E26 bulb base but I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that a standard-shaped bulb won't fit through the hole in the globe). You need skinny bulbs. We have LED dimmable daylight bulbs in there and they look great, but you can see some dark splotches/shadows in the globes when the lights are on (more noticeable in real life than in the pictures). We tried warm bulbs, we tried frosted bulbs, but we can't figure it out. We've had the lights up for a couple weeks now and I've almost stopped noticing at this point so I still give these beautiful lights 5 stars.
The black color was backlogged when we ordered it so there was a bit of wait time before we received it. We have not installed it yet as we are waiting on our electrician but the light fixture appears to be well packaged.
Great customer service, a globe came broken and we quickly got a new one, which came the wrong color and we quickly got the correct one, and required nothing on our end to do and no further charges. Thank you for taking care of everything!
I love the look of these lights! They are so beautiful and unique and perfect for our kitchen counter. Was worried about the glass balls arrived broken but everything in good condition. So glad we chosen them!
