Wattages stated are the maximum recommended. However, the lower wattage bulbs are also compatible.

This chandelier is beautiful, I absolutely love it. It took longer to assemble than we expected. Putting the globes on the chandelier was a bit of a challenge the prongs that hold the globe on the base needed to be loosened up to get them on. But we are so happy with the quality and price.
