All orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within a few hours. Any order made before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time is shipped the same day. We ship from our Chino warehouse using UPS or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after your items have been shipped.

It is truly beautiful. I don’t know how close it is to a dupe with the placement of the globes, but the globes look handblown and gorgeous! I love it .
I was hesitant to buy an open box fixture. After calling the company, they assured me returned items must pass quality control inspections. They further advised should I have any issues with the fixture, they would remedy it. I’m happy to say the chandelier was in perfect condition and looks amazing! I paid 1/3 of what another manufacturer sells for a similar fixture.

Definitely takes some time to hang and assemble. We hired an electrician to do the installation and still took ~ 2 hours. However, the end product is so worth it! Looks exactly like the visual comfort chandelier that is 3x the cost. Love it and highly recommend!

We are thrilled with our new bathroom lighting! Customer service was excellent. They immediately sent a replacement globe for one that came out of the box cracked, even though we didn't find the cracked globe until installation several weeks after delivery.

It's a bit of a puzzle putting this together, but it looks lovely once it is done. It does cast a lot of shadows on the walls and ceiling, so if you don't like that look this chandelier is not for you.

I was so impressed with the quality of this light. I was worried because it was priced so much lower than a similar light at Pottery Barn that it would feel and look cheap. NOT AT ALL!
