All orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within a few hours. Any order made before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time is shipped the same day. We ship from our Chino warehouse using UPS or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after your items have been shipped.

Most LightFixturesUSA orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
However, a modified return policy may apply to some products, including coupons and discount codes.

Visit Return Request and send us your order number. We will send you a Return Item link that you can fill out. Then check your inbox for a return.

- How To Change the Shipping Address?

The packaging to protect this behemoth was extraordinary! As you can see, this is the XL version of the chandelier. It is magnificent and garners many compliments. If you have the space, you will love it!

I ordered the extra large lights, which were pre-order. They arrived in the estimated time which was six weeks. They are absolutely beautiful and I am so happy with my purchase.
The light is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for.
Really like the way this light looks over all but you should note that the metal is wrapped by beading so isnāt as high end looking as a light thatās all crystals.

Truly love this fixture so much. Itās country French with pizzazz and super well made per my electrician. Love it!
The light is great but didn't fit our design so we wanted to return it. The company talks about super easy returns through their "return portal" but we had to provide 4-8 photos all for them to tell us return shipping will cost us $500 and they will refund us the rest of the difference. They offered to allow me to keep the light and refund me $50 but the light cost $700. They don't cover exchanges either. Pretty risky if you aren't 100% sure about your selection. Not happy with this company and won't be ordering from them again.
