How To Change the Shipping Address?
Please email me (lights@lightfixturesusa.com) your right address before shipping. Our service staff will correct it accordingly. If the package has been shipped out, you need to contact UPS/FedEx by yourself to change the address.
Are bulbs included with the light fixture?
Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.
Must wattages remain as indicated on the light fixture?
Wattages stated are the maximum recommended. However, the lower wattage bulbs are also compatible.

Absolutely beautiful addition to our home! Our entryway looks like art, and I could not be more pleased. Upon arrival youāll feel overwhelmed at first. Bulbs come in 5 pallets but I attest it kept them all safe from breakage. Youāll need to install clips on each bulb but it will be more than worth it. Our electrician put each one of them up for us. His team used online photos for a general idea of bulb position. There arenāt specific instructions. If you love bright spaces with beautiful lighting, this piece is for you. I recommend a medallion piece - ours is from Ekana Millwork in TX. They paint them and ship fast at a reasonable cost.
This light fixture is STUNNING!! We hired a professional electrician for installation in our new construction home. This light fixture looks much more expensive than it was, excellent value. We receive so many compliments on this fixture. If you need a grand fixture for a large space Iād highly consider this one!
Absolutely love the way it came out. It came packaged in 3 boxes but very light weight. I do wish the instructions on hanging the balls were a bit easier. You can doubt yourself a bit when hanging them due to the sequence of how many and size balls to put on each row. Overall I love it. It did take a while to hang due to the amount of balls, also putting clips on each ball. Itās very similar to hanging Christmas ornaments.
this is a fantastic looking chandelier. A real statement piece. I took one star off due to a couple of shortcomings - I have a really high ceiling of 20 feet and I wish that chain was a bit longer. If it was 2 feet longer, chandelier would hang lower and would be more visible from distance. That would have increased it impact even more.
We had this light fixture installed in our two story foyer and we love it! It really makes a statement and we get so many compliments about it. The glass balls did take some time to put on because the instructions were specific in the order to use, I wish I had freehanded it a bit more and added an extra glass ball here or there but we were afraid of running out. It was packaged very well, there was only one broken ball but there were a few extras so it wasnāt an issue. Would buy again, itās beautiful!!!
Stunning!! It transformed our dining area into a very modern and luxe space. Had three broken orbs, the company sent four right away and it arrived pretty soon there. Very pleased purchase!
