All orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within a few hours. Any order made before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time is shipped the same day. We ship from our Chino warehouse using UPS or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after your items have been shipped.

Beautiful lights! Each of the metal pieces are individual so it can take some time to line everything up. If you have a room above with heavy stompers/kids this can cause lights to rattle.

This is an exact dupe of the higher end Rejuvenation Conical pendant - but at a fraction of the cost! Having debated which size to order, I took a risk and went with the 24” pendant in black/white and I’m so happy with it. It’s intentionally oversized, and impactful. Purchasing any home improvement product online can feel like a gamble, so when the fixture arrived, I immediately put it together to get a full inspection of the quality and style. It came packed very well so as not to damage it during shipment. It was a little awkward to assemble, but with an extra set of hands I was able to put it together in no time. It felt like decent quality too! This fixture requires four, 40W, E12 candelabra style bulbs (not included). The bulbs are significantly brighter than I expected - in a good way. I might add a dimmer switch down the road but for now I am just basking in the beautiful glow of this affordable and stylish light fixture.
The light showed up well-packaged and as described. We had zero issues and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

We were a little nervous to go with such a large drum but it ended up turning out to be the best lighting upgrade we’ve done so far. We chose the larger (23.6”) of the two options. The large wire ring was a little warped on arrival so we had to bend it back in place to make it straight. Other than that, the instructions could have been more detailed but I was able to figure it out. If you can hang your own ceiling fan, this will be a breeze to replace your recessed lights with.

The shades came in perfect condition. DO NOT THROW AWAY BOX before electrician comes! Parts are under the styrofoam that are still in the box. Also, don’t attempt to put it together. Let the electrician do it. It’s complicated. But, is soooo beautiful and half the cost of others that look similar. Total electrician time to assemble and hang - 2.5 hours.

First, customer service was great. I emailed them requesting a status on shipment and they responded quickly and were friendly. The lights arrived packaged well and were not damaged at all. My husband was able to install the lights himself in about 2 hours. I like them a lot, BUT the metal rings on the top and bottom would not sit flush. They were lopsided on one side or another no matter what I did. I ended up removing the rings and throwing them away. The shade itself sits ever so slightly crooked in the metal frame as well. Overall though, I love these and I’m satisfied with my experience with this company. Thank you!
