- When will I get my order?
All orders are normally processed, packed, and ready for shipping within a few hours. Any order made before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time is shipped the same day. We ship from our Chino warehouse using UPS or FedEx. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days after your items have been shipped.
- How easy is it to make a return?
Most LightFixturesUSA orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
However, a modified return policy may apply to some products, including coupons and discount codes.

- How To Change the Shipping Address?
Please email me (lights@lightfixturesusa.com) your right address before shipping. Our service staff will correct it accordingly. If the package has been shipped out, you need to contact UPS/FedEx by yourself to change the address.

Bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted.
- Must wattages remain as indicated on the light fixture?
Wattages stated are the maximum recommended. However, the lower wattage bulbs are also compatible.

Lights are beautiful, especially using a dimmer switch. The special order was exactly what I wanted and so appreciate the service in getting that done for us.
Love my chandelier! Was a little tricky at first putting it together. There were no instructions included but we made it through!!! Adds so much to our dining room!!
Lighting is absolutely beautiful, it’s actually prettier in person! However the communication with this company is RIDICULOUS, don’t know how you run a company without a person to speak to! If made an error in the order and couldn’t speak to a person to correct immediately, going back and fourth through email delayed my order, with caused a delay in my project.
Quality replacement acrylic light diffuser but insanely expensive. Poor design for removal. Light fixture itself is beautiful!

Order came ahead of schedule, and without any damage, whatsoever, because of the great packing that the company engaged in. When I needed an extension rod and an extra bulb, in both instances the replacements and additions came in a timely fashion, perfectly packed.
We accidentally broke one of the globes in our bubble chandelier, and light fixture helped us find the right replacement easily. They were very responsive and the whole process was easy.
We were thrilled that we could buy a globe to replace the one that broke during installation, but it was very annoying that the globes were so difficult to install and the replacement item seemed overpriced.
